Custom-built & on-demand
Stratos builds systems on demand. Once a configuration is approved and parts are ordered, changes and cancellations may be limited. We’ll always communicate options clearly before anything is purchased.
Dead-on-arrival / shipping damage
If something arrives damaged or doesn’t power on, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the box and the system. We’ll help triage and coordinate next steps.
Refunds & restocking
If a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection. Custom orders and special-order parts may include restocking or nonrefundable fees depending on supplier policies.
Warranty vs returns
Many issues are solved faster through warranty/RMA than a full return. Stratos will help diagnose and recommend the best path.
